Mike's perspective is shaped by having co-founded EnablePath, a Salesforce systems integration firm focused on complex CRM and enterprise application implementations. Under his leadership, EnablePath grew into one of the world's leading Salesforce partners before being successfully acquired in 2014 by Birlasoft, part of the CK Birla Group. Since then, Mike has advised numerous venture- and private-equity-backed companies as they navigate rapid expansion, operational complexity, and rising performance expectations, with a focus on sales productivity, go-to-market strategy, and revenue team alignment.

In addition to his advisory work, Mike remains an active business owner, including ownership in a distribution and manufacturing company, giving him a deeply grounded operator's perspective on the realities of scaling across industries. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, he works closely with founders and executive teams committed to transforming growth momentum into sustainable, system-driven performance.
